Your yard, reimagined.

We design and build edible gardens for South Florida homes — beautiful, productive, and made to nourish your daily lives.

Why

Your lawn could be feeding you.

We turn ordinary South Florida yards into gardens that grow real food — fruit, vegetables, and herbs you can pick on the way to dinner.

What We Build

Beautiful spaces that grow real food.

Every project is a little different, but it always starts with the same idea: a garden designed for your climate, your home, and your family.

01

Raised Bed Gardens

Handcrafted cedar beds and corrugated metal beds, sized and placed to make daily harvesting easy.

02

Edible Landscaping

Vegetables, herbs, and ornamentals woven together — a yard that looks beautiful and feeds you too.

03

Herb Gardens

Culinary and tea gardens just outside the kitchen, planted for the South Florida growing seasons.

04

Fruit Trees & Tropicals

Mango, papaya, citrus, passionfruit, and other climate-appropriate edibles, sited to thrive.

05

Ongoing Garden Care

Seasonal planting, pruning, and maintenance so your garden keeps producing year after year.

How It Works

Simple, from first call to first harvest.

  1. 01

    Submit Inquiry

Share a little about your space, your goals, and what you'd love to grow.

  2. 02

    Site Consultation

We visit your home, look at sun, soil, and irrigation, and design the garden together.

  3. 03

    Garden Installation

We build the beds, prepare the soil, and plant — typically in a day or two.

  4. 04

    Grow Food

You harvest. We can come back for seasonal planting and care whenever you want it.

Irrigation

Built to thrive in South Florida.

We strongly recommend irrigation for most edible gardens. Consistent watering makes a major difference in plant health during hot South Florida weather and busy weeks.

Every installation includes a complimentary wet check consultation to help evaluate your existing irrigation and support long-term garden success.

Why We Started

Ten years of gardens — and the people who kept asking.

We're Yehuda & Ariella Heller. We've spent over a decade building educational farms and gardens with children, families, and communities. Along the way, parents, friends, and people who visited the gardens kept asking us the same thing: could we build one for them?

Eat Your Lawn is our answer — a way to bring the joy and connection of growing food back into the everyday lives of South Florida homeowners. We believe a garden gets you outside, slows you down, and reconnects you with where your food actually comes from.

Based in Boca Raton, we serve South Florida. For larger installs further afield, just reach out — we'll talk.
